How long does setup take?
Most dispensaries are up and running within 24 to 48 hours. We migrate your products, customers, loyalty balances and inventory from your current POS for free, connect your state reporting and train your staff.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month to month, priced per location with unlimited registers, and you can leave any time with a full export of your data. Accounts opened before June 30, 2027 keep their price for 24 months.
Do you integrate with my state's traceability system?
Yes. We report directly to New Mexico's state system (CCD): sales, voids and returns, inventory adjustments and transfers sync automatically, and every call to the state is logged so you are always audit-ready. Ask us about other states.

What happens if my internet goes down?
You keep selling. Our POS runs a full offline mode — checkout, taxes, discounts, purchase limit checks, receipts, and label printing all work with no internet. Your registers even coordinate with each other over your store's local network so two terminals can never oversell the same product, and everything syncs back to the cloud automatically when you're reconnected.
Can I accept debit cards?
Yes. Debit card payments are built in through our Paybotic integration — customers pay by card right at the register, add a tip on the card reader, and can even get cashback. Every card payment flows into your till reconciliation and tip payout reports automatically.
What hardware do I need?
Our POS works on Windows and Mac PCs, Android tablets, and SUNMI all-in-one terminals. We support most receipt printers, barcode scanners, label printers, and cash drawers. Need hardware? We can recommend compatible equipment.
Can I switch from my current POS?
Yes, and migration is free. We import products, customers, caregivers, loyalty balances, gift cards, inventory and vendors from LeafLogix, Dutchie and BioTrack exports or any CSV, and you can keep your existing receipt printers, scanners and label printers.
What kind of support do you offer?
Every plan includes email support. Professional adds phone support with faster response times, and Enterprise adds a named account contact and priority handling.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use bank-level encryption, secure cloud hosting, and regular backups. Your data is stored in compliance with industry security standards.
